Dr Alice Martin
Principal Dentist
BDS (Hons) BSc (Hons) AKC, GDC No. 278211
Dr Alice is the visionary behind the Lowen Dental Spa Experience, and feels passionately about making the Dental environment as relaxing and enjoyable as possible for all. Dr Alice trained in Dentistry at Guys Hospital, Kings College University in London and has worked in Ringwood and Gosport.
With a keen eye for aesthetics, she has combined her knowledge with training in Facial Aesthetics with Acquisition Aesthetics in London. Dr Alice loves helping to look after general dental health needs for her patients of all ages, and has also had further training in various techniques to help people create the smile they’ve always dreamed of.
Outside of work, Dr Alice loves spending time with friends and family, and she is very much looking forward to being reunited with everyone after lockdown! She also as you may have already guessed, loves travelling down to Cornwall and spending time at the many beautiful beaches and coastal walks.
Dr Neha Rawal
Dentist
Dr Neha Rawal qualified from the University of Bristol and after working for several years in private practices across Hampshire and Wiltshire joined us at Lowen in 2024.
Neha is a compassionate and dedicated dentist known for her exceptional ability to put nervous patients at ease. With a warm and empathetic approach, she takes the time to listen carefully to patients' concerns and ensures that they feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. By building strong, open communication, she creates an environment where patients feel heard and understood.
Alongside general dentistry Neha has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of dentistry you will find Neha either at CrossFit, on holiday or planning her wedding.
Emma Czapp
Practice Manager
Emma has recently joined us at Lowen as a Practice Manager. As our Team has expanded we are extremely lucky to have to have Emma now at the helm making sure that all compliance aspects at Lowen are to the highest standards possible to make sure our patient experience is the best it can possibly be, and also that all our lovely Team members are looked after. Sammi-Peony Dovey
Dental Therapist
RDT RDH RDN MGBT MGHT
Sammi-Peony has worked within the Dental industry for over 13 years, firstly as a Dental Nurse and later graduating as a Dental Therapist in 2019, joining the Lowen team in April 2022.
In both the Dentistry Awards and The Oral Health Awards, Sammi-Peony has been a finalist in the Best Dental Therapist category and was awarded Highly Commended in Recently Qualified Therapist. She has completed advanced training in facial aesthetics and beauty therapies, tooth whitening and hypnodontics for nervous patients.
In her spare time she can be found surfing, riding her horse or at the ballet barre.
Liz Holebrook
Nurse Practitioner
NMC no. 01B0116E DPSN, INSP, NP
Elizabeth Holebrook is a Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. Liz graduated as a Nurse from Manchester University School of Nursing and Midwifery in 2004. Her interest in cosmetic procedures and facial aesthetics led her to commence her aesthetic training in 2015 with Skin Viva in Manchester.
Liz has 6 years of hands-on experience in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments. As the advances in non-surgical injectable treatments continue, she regularly attends training courses to keep updated with the latest techniques, products, procedures.
Liz is reinventing working with her patients and achieving natural results and firmly believes that people should not be able to pinpoint the treatments that have been carried out. Her treatment approach is honest and she will always discuss at length her patients wants and needs and give realistic expectations of what can be accomplished.
Liz is part of the Allergan institute and attends their training and updates regularly. She also follows their ethos that individualised treatment plans should be devised for each patient.
Jenny
Aesthetic Practitioner
Jenny brings over 6 years of industry experience to the Team with her passion focusing on skin health. She has previously worked on luxury Superyachts as well as supporting several years as lead aesthetic therapist in Sydney, Australia.
She has worked with ZO Skin Health for many years, together with IPL and laser to transform the skin. A treatment plan is discussed and built upon to give the patient the best results to treat signs of ageing, improve texture, tone and blemishes.
Jenny provides instruction in a professional and confidential manner offering our patients the highest level of confidence and trust. She is compassionate, understanding and dedicated to empowering clients to feel and look their best.
Jaminie Morjaria
GDC number 103552
Jaminie has joined us at Lowen to provide in depth and personalised hygiene treatment. Jaminie qualified from Birmingham University in 2006 and prides herself on equipping her patients to take control of their oral health. In her spare time Jaminie loves going to the gym and is a Mum to two lovely children who keep her busy with lots of extracurricular activities! We are very lucky to have Jaminie working with the Team on a Monday.
Kelly
Dental Nurse
Kelly has been a Dental Nurse for 3 years now and absolutely loves it. She is passionate about working closely with the Team here at Lowen to help create a relaxing environment for patients when they visit, ensuring their visit is one to remember for all the right reasons restoring patient's confidence.
Kelly is hoping to further her career by studying Hygiene Therapy at University; the Team are as excited as Kelly to see where the future takes her!
Bethany
Practice Nurse

Bethany is a Registered (Adult) Nurse who graduated in 2019 from The University of Southampton. She has been a Practice Nurse for 6 years and is currently working as a Lead Practice Nurse at a local GP surgery. Bethany completed The National Diploma in Primary Ear Care for Practitioners in 2024 and has developed a special interest in the care and treatment of earwax build-up. We are very glad that Bethany has come to join us to provide Ear Irrigation to our Lowen patients. Bethany enjoys trail running and spending time with her energetic cocker spaniel in her free time. Alice and Bethany met at Peter Symonds College doing their A-levels and are best friends to this day, so Alice couldn’t think of anyone better to help look after our Lowen community.
Sophie
Dental Nurse
Sophie has been Dental Nursing for just over 4 years now and is fabulous at helping the practice run smoothly. We don’t know what we would do without her!
Her enthusiasm for the role and caring approach makes Sophie a real asset to our Team. As she continues to build her knowledge and skills, she plans to progress further within the practice and is particularly interested in cosmetic smile transformations and orthodontic therapy.
Sophie showed an interest in joining them Team before we were even opened as she is from our local community, and it's great to finally have her on board.
Mia Mollicone
Dental Nurse
Mia is our little protégé and has just completed her Dental Nursing Apprenticeship at Lowen. We are super impressed with how quickly Mia has picked up and adhered to the high standards we hold at Lowen, and also her commitment to making patients feel welcome and comfortable. In her spare time Mia enjoys spending time with her family and younger siblings, and has just passed her driving test! We are incredibly proud to have Mia as a valued member of the Team at Lowen.
Harriet Dawe
Harriet is our front of house manager and our ‘go to girl’ for anything tech or admin, she is an absolute wizard and makes our lives at Lowen as seamless as possible. Outside of work Harriet enjoys swimming and has a very sweet dog called Monty who sometimes comes to say hello to us at the window! We are very lucky to have Harriet with us at Lowen as part of the Team.
Sue
Receptionist
Sue is the face that everyone sees when entering Lowen Dental Spa. She is great at putting nervous patients at ease and boosting general morale. In her spare time she loves walking her dog and making new friends. Sue has known Dr Alice since she was a little girl and we love having her in our team.
